I understand that insurance coverage may be a requirement for some clients. Over the years, I’ve built a network of trusted providers who do accept insurance, and I will gladly provide a referral if this is the best option for you.
At Beyond the Stigma AZ, the goal is always the same: to ensure you receive the support you need even if that means helping you connect with another provider.
I have chosen not to contract with insurance providers in order to provide care that is:

All services are self-pay at the time of your visit.
After your appointment, upon request, we can provide a superbill (a detailed invoice with the necessary medical codes). You may submit this to your insurance company to see if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note:
- Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
- If reimbursement is available, it will be paid directly to you by your insurance company.
- Beyond the Stigma AZ does not communicate with your insurance company on your behalf.
HSA/FSA cards, debit, and credit are all accepted for your convenience.
While visits with Beyond the Stigma AZ are self-pay,
at the pharmacy or lab of your choice. This often helps keep ongoing costs more manageable.
