I understand that insurance coverage may be a requirement for some clients. Over the years, I’ve built a network of trusted providers who do accept insurance, and I will gladly provide a referral if this is the best option for you.

At Beyond the Stigma AZ, the goal is always the same: to ensure you receive the support you need even if that means helping you connect with another provider.

most prescriptions and lab work can still be processed through your insurance plan

All services are self-pay at the time of your visit.
After your appointment, upon request, we can provide a superbill (a detailed invoice with the necessary medical codes). You may submit this to your insurance company to see if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note:
  • Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
  • If reimbursement is available, it will be paid directly to you by your insurance company.
  • Beyond the Stigma AZ does not communicate with your insurance company on your behalf.

HSA/FSA cards, debit, and credit are all accepted for your convenience.

While visits with Beyond the Stigma AZ are self-pay,
