Why This Policy Exists

Agreement

For clients utilizing Pay-As-You-Go Care, the following policy applies:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will also be charged the full appointment fee.

Because pay-as-you-go care is visit-based, reserved appointment time cannot be reallocated on short notice.

Clients enrolled in Monthly Membership Care receive care within an ongoing, structured treatment relationship.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be addressed within the context of the membership. (24 hour notice is requested)

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a reassessment of scheduling availability or care structure.

Membership care is designed to support continuity and flexibility while still respecting the value of reserved appointment time.

Appointments are reserved for a specific start time.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the no show policy will apply and the client will need to reschedule their appointment.

Your provider will wait no more than 15 minutes from your scheduled start time without prior notice. 

Charges for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals requiring rescheduling are processed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time.

A valid payment method must be kept on file.

This policy allows the practice to:

Protect reserved clinical time

Maintain availability for other clients

Provide high-quality, unrushed care

Sustain a consistent and reliable care model

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
