Pay-as-you-go care is a visit-based option available for established clients who are already stable and only require occasional medication check-ins.

This option provides care during scheduled appointments only and does not include ongoing support between visits.

Pay-as-you-go care is not intended for active medication changes, frequent adjustments, or ongoing stabilization.

To maintain clarity and appropriate boundaries, the following are not included in pay-as-you-go care:

Between-visit clinical messaging

Medication changes outside scheduled appointments

Ongoing care coordination between visits

Priority or flexible scheduling

If symptoms change, side effects emerge, or treatment needs evolve between visits, a scheduled appointment is required.
